Vegan Halloween Party Punch Recipe
Get into the Halloween spirit with this Vegan Halloween Party Punch recipe, featuring sweet lychees, juicy blueberries, and a touch of spooky red food coloring.
Ingredients
Instructions
- Fill each plastic glove with water, leaving about 2 inches (5 cm) of space at the top. Twist the opening of the glove and secure with a knot.
- Arrange the filled gloves in a tray, allowing some gloves to drape over others to create a realistic appearance. Freeze the gloves for a minimum of 4 hours, or overnight, until they become completely solid.
- For the lychee eyeballs, take each lychee and insert a blueberry inside it.
- Using a toothpick, gently apply a small amount of red food coloring on the outer surface of the lychees, creating a vein-like pattern to resemble an eyeball. Transfer the prepared lychees to a large punch bowl.
- Add the cranberry juice, ginger ale, reserved lychee juice, and vodka (if desired) to the punch bowl.
- Now, remove the frozen gloves from the freezer and briefly rinse the outside of each glove with warm water for about 15 seconds. Carefully cut off the knot using scissors and slide the ice out of each glove into the punch bowl.
- Ladle the punch along with a few lychee eyeballs into individual glasses.
- Enjoy your spooky and refreshing Halloween punch!
